Big 10 is the biggest buck we have that regualarly visits our cameras.  He is 6 1/2 years old this year and we have hundreds of pictures of him.  He is a massive 10 point buck that scored around 150 last year.  We are hoping that he is still growing and will be in the 160s in 2007.
    When he became 3 1/2 we noticed he had white on all of his feet.  As he has gotten older, the white has become more pronounced.  This makes him the perfect buck to follow with our cameras, because we can recognize him without antlers and also through the velvet stage.
    In our deer population this trait is very rare.  We have two does that have white feet, one very old that could be his mother, and another about his age.  This year we are having several bucks showing up with white hair on their feet and now we have a buck that has 4 white feet and looks to be 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 years old.  I am betting they are related and probably father and son.
